Brian Ellis is a director, writer, artist, and designer specializing in IP development for the toy and entertainment industries. He began his career at The LEGO Company in 2003 as a designer and concept artist, contributing to major franchises including Star Wars, Harry Potter, Batman, Bionicle, and Ninjago. Since 2008, Brian has worked as a creative consultant across toys, animation, and film, developing original stories and visual worlds. His work spans graphic novels, 3D animation, and live action, including the cinematic proof-of-concept VESTIGE created for The LEGO Agency. Most recently, he has worked as a Development Artist at Spin Master Entertainment, contributing to PAW Patrol: The Movie and multiple animated series in development for Netflix.

Brian and his partner live in Los Angeles with their growing family of fur babies: a Bull Terrier named Jack Burton and four cats—Momo, Dumpling, Wiley, and Russell.
